This is the "Head of Girl III" by Henry Moore, a 1981 photo‑etching on paper that captures a young girl's profile with striking simplicity. The print measures 197 × 147 mm, a size that lets you focus on the subtle play of light and shadow across the face. Produced by Michael Rand and published by Raymond Spencer Company for the Henry Moore Foundation, it was part of a generous donation of 95 prints spanning 1970‑84. In 1986 the foundation presented the piece to the Tate collection, where it remains a key example of Moore’s late graphic work. In this print he blends photographic realism with the soft curves that would later define his bronze heads. The image is printed on Rives paper, giving the paper a subtle texture that echoes the tactile quality of the original sculpture. Although the print has been published, it has not yet been made commercially available, making it a rare collector’s item.
