This is a 1982 oil on canvas by Everlyn Nicodemus, titled “Självporträtt, Åkersberga” – translated as “Self‑portrait, Akersberga.” You’ll notice several faces layered together, each in profile and slightly offset, so the artist seems to view herself from multiple angles.
